Turkey's 2018 scrap imports fall despite Russia-origin growth
Turkish scrap imports slumped -20% on-year in December 2018 to 1.63 million tonnes, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. Their average value was $336/tonne versus $319/t in December 2017.
