Turkish July exports surge, consumption growth slows

Turkish steel exports surged 47.3% on-year in July to 1.8 million tonnes and 55% in value terms to $1.5 billion. Imports declined -30% to 1.1mt, according to Turkish Steel Producers Association (TCUD) data monitored by Kallanish.
