Turkish pipe prices remain unchanged despite costlier HRC
Turkish pipe producers have kept their offer levels unchanged from last week, despite the increase seen in hot rolled coil prices this week. This is mostly due to the weak demand in the global market.
Pipemakers’ offers for electric resistance welded (ERW) pipe made from S235-grade HRC were seen on Thursday mostly at $690-710/tonne fob Turkey theoretical weight, unchanged from last week.
