Turkish rebar producer files US duty appeal
Turkish rebar producer Habas Sinai ve Tibbi Gazlar Istihsal Endustrisi (Habas) has filed an appeal with the US Court of International Trade in regards to a recent countervailing duty placed on rebar from Turkey, Kallanish reports.
