Turkish regulator rejects Erciyas-Ozbal merger
The Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) has rejected the merger of Ozbal Celik Boru and Erciyas Celik Boru, Kallanish learns from the Turkish steel pipemakers.
The management board of Erciyas Celik Boru has thus cancelled its request for the merger with Ozbal, the latter says in a bourse filing that includes a notice from Erciyas Celik Boru.
