UK MPs harry government on steel sector support
A group of 25 UK members of parliament have written to the UK government to request liquidity support for the UK steel sector following the coronavirus outbreak.
In the letter to the Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak seen by Kallanish, the MPs say that, to date, “… no steel producer in the UK has managed to receive the support it requires.”
