Universal Stainless suffers explosion at Bridgeville mill
An explosion rocked Universal Stainless’ Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, facility on 7 December, Kallanish learns from local media reports.
The reports suggest a hole melted in the furnace, causing the explosion at the stainless, tool, and specialty steel mill.
One person was injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital to be treated for burns, local reports say.
