US adds cross-owned companies to Turkish case
The US Department of Commerce has corrected its results in a review of a countervailing duty order on rebar from Turkey, Kallanish reports.
Corrections were made to the 20 March determination to reflect that the determined net subsidy rate of 3.37% was applicable to merchandise produced and exported by Turkish producer Habas Sinai ve Tibbi Gazlar Istihsal Endustrisi - as well as its cross-owned companies .
