US adjusts CVDs in Korean plate duty review

The US Department of Commerce has set preliminary countervailing duty margins on imports of cut-to-length plate from South Korea. Commerce found that Korean plate exporters and producers received countervailable subsidies during the 2020 calendar year, assigning a CVD rate of 0.56% for Dongkuk Steel Mill.
