US assigns final AD margins to Korean CRC
Following an administrative review, the US Department of Commerce is assigning dumping margins to certain South Korean exporters and producers for selling cold rolled flat products in the US at below average market value, Kallanish understands from monitoring the Federal Register.
Commerce found that, during the period of review from September 2021 through August 2022, Hyundai Steel Co, Posco and KG Dongbu all made sales below market value in the US.
