US DOC to review Hyundai sheet duties

A US court has granted Korean steel maker Hyundai an appeal of its duties levied by the US Department of Commerce, Kallanish learns from court documents. The US Court of International Trade has told the department that it must allow Hyundai to submit additional relevant information regarding its assigned 40.97% anti-dumping duty for corrosion-resistant steel sheet.
