US finds pipe dumping margins for Czech Republic
The US Department of Commerce has found preliminary evidence of dumping of seamless standard, pressure, and line pipe from the Czech Republic.
Commerce found margins for the Czech Republic to range from 51.07-51.7%.
The petitioner in the case is Vallourec Star, Kallanish notes.
A final determination is slated for 2 March. Concurrently, the US International Trade Commission will make its final injury determination by 15 April.
