US maintains Chinese pipe duties
The US International Trade Commission has opted to retain its countervailing and anti-dumping duties on seamless carbon and alloy standard, line, and pressure pipe from China, Kallanish reports.
Following a review which began 1 February, the commission found that eliminating the duties would “be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time.”
