US makes inharmonious ruling for Korean plate
The US Court of International Trade (CIT) has issued a final ruling inharmonious with the results of an investigation by the US Department of Commerce covering Korean steel plates, Kallanish reports.
According to a notice published by the International Trade Administration, the CIT made its final judgment on 18 March which was not in harmony with Commerce's final results for its investigation of imports during 2018.
