US mills continue to raise rebar prices
Several US mills have raised domestic rebar prices again following multiple rounds of price hikes in late November and December, Kallanish reports.
According to letters sent to customers late last week, four US rebar producers - Commercial Metals Company, Nucor, Steel Dynamics Inc and Gerdau Long Steel North America - rose their respective rebar base prices effective immediately.
