US non-residential construction spending rises in July
Non-residential construction spending rose slightly in the US during July, which Kallanish understands marks the first monthly increase in spending levels for this year.
According to an analysis of Census Bureau data by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), monthly US non-residential construction spending increased by 0.8% during July to a total of $847.6 billion on a seasonally adjusted annualised basis.
