US OCTG prices soften, focus is inventory reduction
Oil country tubular goods grade US P110 5.5-inch prices have slipped to $2,640-2,710/short ton, Kallanish learns.
This is down from last week when the product was transacting between $2,780-2,850/st.
“Inventory purges and reduction are the focus, business is slow,” a distribution source explains.
The week of 1 June 2022, prices for OCTG representative product P110 5.5-inch ranged between $3,100-3,300/st.
All prices are ex works domestic mill.
