US schedules expedited rebar investigations
The US International Trade Commission has scheduled an examination of the nation's countervailing duty order on imports of rebar from Turkey and anti-dumping duty orders on imports of rebar from Japan, Taiwan, and Turkey, as well.
According to a notice published in the Federal Register, the Commission has scheduled expedited five-year sunset review investigations for these duty orders after responses made by domestic petitioners.
