US set to raise duties on Vietnamese OCTG

The US is set to increase the import duties on OCTG from Vietnam’s SeAH Steel VINA, according to a Federal Register filing. In an administrative review of the antidumping duties covering the one-year period ended 31 August, 2020, the US Department of Commerce assigned a dumping margin of 4.67% for SeAH and its US affiliate Pusan Pipe America.
