US sheet prices stabilise as mills issue adjustments
US hot rolled coil and cold rolled coil prices remained steady this week amidst the mill increases recently issued by Cleveland-Cliffs and US Steel, Kallanish reports.
For the second week, prices of HRC remain between $630-645/short ton and CRC remains between $800-880/st.
Despite US Steel’s increase of HRC to $680-700/st and CRC to $950/st, buyers confirm prices remain at the same rate as last week.
