Usiminas upgrades coke plant No.2 at Ipatinga
Brazilian steelmaker Usiminas says it is starting works to improve the operational efficiency of battery No.3 at coke plant No.2 at its Ipatinga plant in Minas Gerais state. The upgrade will be carried out by a hot repair and generate 600 direct jobs at the site, Kallanish learns from the company.
