USW begins Cleveland-Cliffs negotiations
The United Steelworkers labour union has opened new contract talks with iron ore supplier Cleveland-Cliffs, Kallanish reports.
The union's contract with Cleveland-Cliffs will expire on 1 October. Prior to the official start of negotiations, union teams met with local chapters to iron out strategic demands.
