USW names new lobbying team
The United Steelworkers (USW) labour union has appointed a slate of new leaders to head up the union’s lobbying efforts, Kallanish learns.
Roy Houseman has been promoted to USW legislative director. Houseman has served with the union on the legislative and policy side since 2011. Prior to joining the union’s governance team, Houseman served as Local 885 president while working at the Smurfit-Stone paper mill in Missoula, Montana.
