Vale responds to Brazil’s latest dam-disaster payment request
Vale is clarifying the latest payment request made by the Brazilian federal attorney general in relation to Fundão dam collapse, Kallanish learns from a press release issued by the company.
The miner says that the latest request is within the scope of a previous decision made by the Brazilian lower federal court on 25 January.
