Vale signs new Mitsui iron ore supply contract
Vale says it has signed a new agreement to supply iron ore to Japanese trading house Mitsui & Co as a related party transaction, Kallanish reads in a note issued by the Brazilian miner.
“The miner has agreed to supply iron ore to its partner for one year starting from March 2023,” Vale says. The sale will be on fca and fob basis. The transaction price will follow market conditions, the agreement stipulates.
