Vallourec creates joint venture with Açotubo Group`s Incotep
French tubemaker Vallourec has received approval, without restriction, from the Brazilian authorities to create a joint venture with local Incotep Indústria e Comércio de Tubos Especiais de Precisão Ltda, an industrial service and anchoring systems company. The approvial was confirmed by the country’s trade defence agency Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (Cade) in a note seen by Kallanish.
