Vallourec resumes Brazilian iron ore operations

Vallourec has partially resumed operations at its iron ore mine in Brazil. The company received the go-ahead from authorities to reopen the mine for three months, without using the waste pile, the French pipemaker says. The firm aims to gradually increase output from the current 70% to full capacity.
