Vietnamese buyers bid down after Chinese HRC slides
Vietnam's Hoa Phat has sharply raised domestic prices for its new hot rolled coil allocations to reflect the current market, Kallanish notes. Similar to the other domestic strip producer, the mill’s new prices are still competitive against imports.
