Vietnamese buyers opt for low-priced domestic HRC
Vietnamese hot rolled coil users are turning to new domestic HRC allocations, Kallanish notes. The two producers, Formosa Ha Tinh and Hoa Phat, have severely cut domestic prices for HRC, effectively closing the market to imports for the time being.
