Voestalpine enters Dow Jones Sustainability Index
Austria’s voestalpine has been listed on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index Europe (DJSI), making it the first European steel company to be awarded this honour, Kallanish notes.
The Dow Jones sustainability indices include companies judged to be leaders in their industries according to long-term economic, ecological, and social criteria.
Voestalpine Group is now included in two sustainability indices following its listing in the FTSE4Good two years ago.
