Votorantim steel revenues rise in 2018
Revenues for both the Argentine and Colombian arms of Brazilian long steel specialist group Votorantim increased last year, supported by higher prices in the respective markets, Kallanish learns from the company.
In Argentina revenues moved up by 26% year-on-year, the company says, while in Colombia growth was 28% y-o-y. Volumes sold increased in Argentina while the Colombian unit saw lower volumes being sold at higher prices.
