VSC pushes stalled capacity projects
Vietnam Steel Corporation (VSC) says it plans to proceed with a number of stalled expansion projects with the help of the government. The state-owned firm has had trouble with financing and had disputes with contractors but hopes to add both iron ore mining and steelmaking capacity, Kallanish notes.
