WCS, Rio Tinto Simfer sign Simandou infrastructure agreement
Singaporean company Winning International Group says Winning Consortium Simandou (WCS) has signed an investment cooperation agreement with Rio Tinto and its Simfer joint venture for the Simandou iron ore mine’s trans-Guinean infrastructure project.
