Weglokoks reaches debt restructuring agreement for steel subsidiary
Weglokoks has acquired the production assets of its stockist and fabricator subsidiary Huta Pokoj after reaching an agreement with PKO BP bank to restructure Pokoj’s entire debt exceeding PLN 200 million ($53 million).
Huta Pokoj Profile, the hot rolled and cold-formed sections producing unit of Huta Pokoj, has been transferred to Weglokoks. Huta Pokoj will pay off the remaining debt to Weglokoks and PKO BP in the coming years, Weglokoks says.
