Workers strike at Riva plants in Germany
Workers at a wire mesh manufacturing subsidiary of the Riva group in Germany downed tools on Tuesday until further notice.
The unit belongs to German rebar mill Riva Elektrostahlwerke Henningsdorf (HES) near Berlin, and is located on the western German border with two plants in Trier and Horath. Formerly known as Drahtwerk Horath, the company was acquired by Riva HES two years ago.
