Xiamen Xiangyu ties into Delong's Indonesian stainless investment
China's Xiamen Xiangyu Group has signed a loan contract on 23 December with Delong Steel's Indonesia-based stainless steel project. Xiangyu Group will pre-finance the plant before commissioning, in exchange for an offtake agreement, Kallanish notes.
