Xianfu Steel commissions rebar plant
Yunnan province’s Xianfu Iron & Steel has commissioned a rebar plant with 1.4 million tonnes/year of steel capacity supplied by Shanxi TZ Coal Mine Whole-set Equipment Company, Kallanish notes. The mill is designed to produce rebar in diameters of 12-50mm.
Xianfu Steel is upgrading its steel plant in Yunnan Yuxi City's Xinping district, reducing overall capacity to 2.44 million tonnes/year of iron and 2.98m t/y of crude steel by the end of 2023.…
