Xianggang, Shanxi Lubao start up new coke ovens
Valin’s Xiangtan Iron & Steel (Xianggang) and Shanxi Lubao Coking Group have put into production one coke oven battery each, Kallanish learns.
Xianggang’s first newly-built coke oven, the No.7 coke oven, has a height of 7.3 metres and was designed and built by Shandong Province Metallurgical Engineering Co. This is the fifth battery constructed by the engineering firm.
