Xinggang to transfer steel capacity to Laixin
Xingtai Iron & Steel (Xinggang) plans to transfer steel capacity quota to Lanxin Iron & Steel, Kallanish notes. This is according to an announcement by Hebei province’s Industry and Information Technology Department on 8 October.
