Xinjinhui Stainless secures capacity quota from Henan Yaxin
Henan Yaxin Steel in China is planning to transfer 960,000 tonnes/year of crude steel capacity quota to Xinjinhui Stainless Steel in the same province, Kallanish learns from the capacity transfer plan seeking public comments, a necessary process before approval.
