Xinyu adds NGO sheet capacity
China’s Wisdri (Xinyu) Cold Processing Engineering has ordered a new cold rolling mill from Fives to process non-grain oriented silicon steel. The joint venture aims to commission the plant by the end of 2019, Kallanish notes.
