Xiwang cooperates with CAS for rare-earth steel production
Xiwang Special Steel in Shandong province announced that it signed a memorandum of understanding with the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and 10 individual technicians on 26 June. The memorandum states that they will form a joint venture for the production and sale of rare-earth special steel and other steel products.
