Zaporizhkoks coke output increases in June, down on-month
Ukraine’s Zaporizhkoks plant, part of Metinvest, increased production of blast furnace coke in June, the company says. Output amounted to 71,100 tonnes, up by 4% on-year, but was down 2.7% compared to the previous month, Kallanish notes. In May, output was up 5.1% on-year to 73,100t.
In January-June, Zaporizhkoks thus increased production of blast furnace coke to 426,800t, up by 30.8% on-year.
