Zekelman cancels planned IPO
North American pipe and tube maker Zekelman Industries has withdrawn its planned initial public offering, Kallanish understands.
Company ceo Barry Zekelman confirmed the cancellation to the Windsor Star.
“We pulled it,” he says. “We had a price range we wanted to see and it was at the lower end of that price range.”
