Zekelman cements plans for new Blytheville mill
North American tube maker Zekelman Industries plans to build what it calls the world’s largest electric resistance welded (ERW) tube mill in Blytheville, Arkansas, Kallanish understands.
The $150 million mill will be built alongside Zekelman’s existing Atlas Tube welded mill, and will employ 75 workers. The start-up is slated for September 2021.
