American Lithium to spin out Macusani uranium project in Peru
American Lithium has announced a definitive arrangement agreement to spin out its Macusani uranium assets in Peru into an independent public company, Kallanish reports.
The agreement is with Friday’s Dog Holdings Inc. – a public company currently listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The firm will be renamed International Uranium and the Macusani assets will be transferred to a Peru subsidiary, the company says.
