Antam’s nickel ore sales soar in FY23
Indonesian state-controlled miner PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (Antam) saw its consolidated nickel ore sales volume soar 67% on-year in the 2023 financial year (FY23), Kallanish notes.
The firm says its nickel ore sales jumped to 11.71 million wet metric tonnes (wmt) in FY23 from 7.01m wmt in FY22.
For nickel ore products, Antam’s consolidated nickel ore production volume reached 13.45m wmt. That represents a surge of 56% compared to 8.62m wmt in FY22.
