Indonesia's Harita Nickel sees 98% growth in nickel ore sales
Indonesia’s PT Trimegah Bangun Persada Tbk (NCKL), also known as Harita Nickel, says its mining business recorded a 98% increase in nickel ore sales in the 2023 financial year, Kallanish notes.
Nickel ore sales reached 15.38 million wet metric tonnes (wmt) in the period, compared to 7.77m wmt a year earlier. This volume consisted of 6.30m wmt of saprolite, up 235% y-o-y, and 9.08m wmt of limonite, up 54% y-o-y.
