Canada invests in Accelerate Alliance for battery innovation roadmap
Canada is investing CAD 500,000 ($371,793) into the development of a battery innovation roadmap to support the government’s goal of net-zero emissions by 2050.
The roadmap will be developed by Accelerate Alliance, a Canadian industrial group comprised of members from across the supply chain. The funds will help Accelerate build a map that tracks Canada’s efforts in developing, commercialising and scaling its domestic battery ecosystem.
