CATL’s Q1 net profit increases 7%, revenue drops 10%
Chinese battery giant CATL has posted an on-year increase of 7% in its first-quarter net profit, amid a 10% decline in its revenue, Kallanish reports.
According to financial results released on Monday, the company generated a net profit of CNY 10.51 billion ($1.45 billion) in January-March 2024. Its quarterly net profits over the past four quarters have all exceeded CNY 10 billion with steady growth.
